3. Earning & Withdrawals
Earnings are generated through legitimate platform activities including tasks, referrals, videos, games, and chatting features. The following rules apply:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is KES 500
- Withdrawals are processed to Mpesa or Airtel Money only
- Earnings generated through fraud or manipulation will be forfeited
- Starhela Agencies reserves the right to review and adjust earnings in cases of suspected abuse
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks
- Create fake accounts or use false identity information
- Manipulate the referral system through fake sign-ups
- Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
- Use the platform for any illegal activity
5. Referral Programme
You may earn commissions by referring new users to the platform using your unique referral link. Referral commissions are only paid for genuine new registrations. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or incentivised sign-ups that violate platform rules will not be rewarded and may result in account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Starhela Agencies — including logos, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Starhela Agencies. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Earnings associated with fraudulent accounts will not be paid out.
8. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Starhela Agencies is not liable for losses arising from downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels within Kenya.
