2. Account Registration
You must register with accurate personal information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and all activity under your account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral systems is strictly prohibited.
3. Earning & Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount is KES 500
- Withdrawals are processed to Mpesa or Airtel Money only
- Earnings generated through fraud will be forfeited
- Starhela reserves the right to review earnings in cases of suspected abuse
4. Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
- Creating fake accounts or using false identity information
- Manipulating the referral system through fake sign-ups
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
- Using the platform for any illegal activity
5. Referral Programme
Referral commissions are only paid for genuine new registrations. Self-referrals or fake accounts will not be rewarded and may result in account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Starhela Agencies is our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.
8. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
